TVS Motor Company has recently announced a price increase for its popular scooter, the TVS Jupiter, in India. The price hike affects all six variants of the scooter, with the prices going up by different amounts across the range. Despite the price hike, the TVS Jupiter retains its existing features and specifications. The scooter is powered by a 110cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, delivering 7.4bhp of power and 8Nm of torque. All variants come equipped with Combined Braking System (CBS) as a standard safety feature, although only a few variants offer a front disc brake as standard.

The TVS Jupiter range boasts attractive features such as LED headlamps and tail lamps. It also offers a generous six-litre fuel tank capacity and a spacious 21-litre under-seat storage compartment. In terms of competition, the TVS Jupiter directly competes with the Honda Activa in the Indian market.

With the price increase, customers considering the TVS Jupiter will need to adjust their budget accordingly. However, they can still expect the same reliable performance and features that have made the TVS Jupiter a popular choice among scooter enthusiasts in India.
