Royal Enfield has recently adjusted the pricing of its latest motorcycle offering in India, the Super Meteor 650. The revised prices position the Super Meteor 650 in a slightly higher price range, with the base variant now starting from Rs. 3,54,398 compared to its previous price of Rs. 3,48,900. Let’s take a closer look at the variant-wise pricing of the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650:
- Astral: Rs. 3,54,398 (previously Rs. 3,48,900)
- Interstellar: Rs. 3,69,622 (previously Rs. 3,63,900)

Among the variants, the Astral version features a single-tone finish, while the Interstellar variant benefits from a dual-tone paint scheme. The Celestial variant, on the other hand, comes with a dual-tone finish and includes additional accessories like a tall windscreen and a pillion backrest. In terms of design, all three variants share common features such as a round headlight, tear-drop-shaped fuel tank, step-up seat, and twin-sided exhausts.
The mechanical specifications remain consistent across all variants of the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650. Powering the motorcycle is a 648cc, parallel-twin, air/oil-cooled engine, producing 47bhp of power and 52Nm of torque. In our internal test runs, this middleweight cruiser motorcycle delivered a fuel economy of 23.7kmpl.
Despite the recent price adjustment, the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 still maintains a competitive advantage over its direct rival in the Indian market, the Kawasaki Vulcan S. The Super Meteor 650 is available at a considerably lower price point, making it an attractive option for motorcycle enthusiasts seeking a powerful and stylish cruiser.
