Tata Motors set to launch CNG version of Altroz with twin cylinder technology on April 19th

Tata Motors is set to launch the CNG version of its popular model, the Altroz, on April 19. The Indian automaker has taken an interesting approach to CNG technology by incorporating twin cylinder technology instead of a single large tank, which frees up valuable boot space for passengers.
The Altroz CNG is expected to get the same 1.2-litre engine as its petrol-only counterpart, developing 73.4PS and 95Nm in CNG mode, and should be paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.

The Altroz CNG is not only about the powertrain but also about adding new features to the hatchback.
Tata Motors could take this opportunity to give the Altroz some updates, such as a new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 7-inch digital driver’s display, and a sunroof, among other features. However, the rest of the features list should be more or less similar to the current model.
