Hyundai launches its latest SUV Exter: Check out the key details of the new car

Hyundai’s Exter is the latest edition to its collection and it is an entry-level SUV that is essentially based on the model of Casper, which they have been selling South Korea. Although, the SUV is considered as the smallest in size compared to other SUVs offered by the South Korean company, the car has big potential as it looks forward to capitalise on the growing demands for models based on the SUV body type. The model specifically targeting the younger car-buying audience and have projected the vehicle to be a lifestyle mobility option.

Hyundai Exter comes in five variants, which are EX, S, SX, SX(O), and SX(O) Connect.

The car will have three powertrain. The SUV will come with a 1.2 litre Kappa petrol engine with choice of five-speed manual transmission and Smart Auto AMT. Then there is a 1.2 litre bi-fuel Kappa petrol and a CNG option with five-speed manual transmission.

The SUV will be made available in six single-tone colour choices and three dual-tone colour options. The company is projecting their Khakhi shade as its main colour.
