Fan-designed livery steals the show at Miami Grand Prix as Red Bull unveils colorful ‘Make Your Mark’ winner

Red Bull has revealed the initial of three fan-generated liveries for the upcoming 2023 season, with the team all set to impress the audience at the Miami International Autodrome during the current weekend.

The reigning champions had earlier declared, while introducing their RB19 in February, that they would be using three fan-created designs throughout the year, at Miami, Austin and Las Vegas.

In preparation for the upcoming Miami Grand Prix, Red Bull has revealed the first of the three fan-designed liveries for the 2023 season that will be used at Miami, Austin, and Las Vegas.

A graphic design student named Martina Andriano was chosen as the winner among thousands of entries, with her creation incorporating pink, blue, and purple highlights into Red Bull’s traditional color scheme. The unique ‘Make Your Mark’ design will be featured on Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez’s cars.

Red Bull’s Team Principal Christian Horner led a panel of judges who were responsible for selecting the winning design from thousands of entries. The judges included representatives from Red Bull’s Title Partner Oracle, Principal Team Partner Bybit, and Technology Partner Mobil 1.

“To give our fans the opportunity to influence our design at the three USA races is something you just don’t see other teams doing,” said Horner. “It’s important to the team to be able to involve our fans in what we do and give them unique opportunities like this.

“I think Martina has done a great job and the livery looks incredible when you see it in real life. The design keeps the ethos of who we are but introduces Miami to the RB19 as well.

“We are definitely going to stand out when you see that car on track. I’m intrigued to see what people come up with for Austin and of course Las Vegas – that promises to be really exciting.”
