Jehan Daruvala secured a second-place finish in the Monaco Sprint Race, marking his 18th career Formula 2 podium result. Although closely trailing winner Ayumu Iwasa, Daruvala’s chances of victory were hampered by a tyre pressure issue in the final laps. Despite missing out on the top spot, Daruvala’s impressive performance moved him up to sixth place in the championship standings. Kush Maini, on the other hand, faced a challenging race, starting from 12th place and later spinning after contact from Clément Novalak. He managed to recover and finished in 14th position. Daruvala will start the Feature Race from eighth on the grid, while Maini will start from 12th.
