BMW X3 M340i: Launch date, price, specs, features and more

BMW is planning to introduce a powerful midsize luxury SUV called the X3 M340i in India.

This SUV will feature the same engine as the 3-Series M340i, which is a 3.0L 6-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine capable of producing a maximum power of 360 PS and 500 Nm of torque. Moreover, it might come with the M treatment that improves its visual appearance.

Launch –

BMW, the luxury car manufacturer, has been developing a feature-packed vehicle, the X3 M40i, and is all set to launch it in India next week.
As per reports, deliveries of the car are expected to begin in May. BMW claims that the X3 M40i has been designed to offer exceptional power and performance to its users.

The X3 M40i is an advanced and high-performance SUV that belongs to the X3 SUV segment. It features a 3.0-liter, 6-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine similar to that of the BMW M340i.

This engine is capable of producing a maximum power of 355 bhp and a peak torque of 500Nm. The SUV will come with an 8-speed automatic transmission that will transfer the power to all four wheels.

Price –

The ex-showroom price for the X3 M40i has been set at Rs. 1.43 crore. In terms of competition, it will be vying against the Volvo XC60, Audi Q5, and the Porsche Macan S.
