Tata Motors Partners with Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar to Provide Cars and SUVs to Police Personnel

Tata Motors has announced a partnership with the Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar (KPKB). This partnership will see Tata Motors extend its cars and SUV offerings to more than 34 lakh police personnel and their families across the country.
The handover ceremony of the sanction letter was held in New Delhi, and it was attended by senior dignitaries from both Tata Motors and KPKB. The partnership is expected to benefit the police personnel and their families who will now have access to a range of high-quality vehicles from Tata Motors (Report).

The Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar (KPKB) was set up by the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2006 as a measure of welfare for currently serving and retired personnel of various police organizations such as the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Border Security Force (BSF), and National Investigation Agency (NIA), among others. The unit was established to provide essential commodities, services, and welfare measures to police personnel and their families.
Commenting on the partnership, Shailesh Chandra, President of the Passenger Vehicle Business Unit at Tata Motors, said, “We are delighted to partner with the Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar in our endeavor to support the welfare of police personnel and their families.
