Nissan is set to introduce the highly anticipated Magnite GEZA Special Edition in the Indian automobile market, featuring enhanced features and upgrades that aim to elevate the travel experience in this sub-compact SUV. Interested customers can now book the Magnite GEZA Special Edition by making an initial payment of ₹1,000, with the official launch scheduled for May 26th, when pricing details will be revealed.

According to Rakesh Srivastava, Managing Director of Nissan Motor India, the introduction of the Magnite GEZA Special Edition with its contemporary features aims to enhance the vehicle’s value proposition for discerning customers. One of the notable upgrades in this special edition is the inclusion of a large nine-inch infotainment screen with high resolution. This screen is paired with JBL speakers and supports wireless connectivity for both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Additionally, the special edition boasts a trajectory rear camera for easier parking and maneuvering. The interior receives a premium beige-colored upholstery, contributing to an enhanced aesthetic appeal. The special edition also features ambient lighting that can be controlled through a mobile application, allowing for customization. On the exterior, a shark-fin antenna has been added to improve connectivity.

The response to the Magnite has been overwhelming since its initial launch, with over one lakh bookings received. The lively 1.0 turbo-petrol engine has generated significant interest among customers, although an option with a 1.2-liter naturally-aspirated petrol engine is also available. Building on this success, Nissan introduced the Magnite Red Edition last year, which was well-received in the market.

Despite facing challenges in India’s competitive car market, the Nissan Magnite has been a successful model for the Japanese car manufacturer. Its initial starting price below ₹5 lakh (ex-showroom) resonated well with customers and contributed to its popularity. Nissan hopes to further capitalize on the Magnite’s success with the introduction of the special edition variant, expecting continued growth and increased interest in the model.

The Nissan Magnite GEZA Special Edition promises to offer an upgraded and enriched driving experience, with its advanced features and enhancements. With the booking process now open and the official launch just around the corner, customers and enthusiasts eagerly await the unveiling of this exciting addition to the Nissan Magnite lineup.
