Check out the new safety features for Hyundai Creta

Hyundai India has enhanced the safety features of the Creta by adding new features to its lineup. These features are now standard across all the variants of the SUV. At present, the Hyundai Creta is offered in six variants and two powertrains, namely E, EX, S, S+, SX, and SX (O).
Three-point seatbelts are now standard on all seats, and the Creta now has adjustable headrests and a two-step recline functionality for the back seats. It also includes the 60:40 split feature for the back seats. Notably, all of these amenities are currently offered in all SUV models.
The Creta has a choice between a 1.5-liter petrol engine and a 1.5-liter diesel engine. The former is calibrated to provide 113 horsepower and 143.8 pound-feet of torque when mated to either an IVT or six-speed manual gearbox. The oil burner, on the other hand, has a choice of a six-speed manual or automatic gearbox and produces 113 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque. Additionally, both engines now meet the RDE and BS6 Phase 2 standards.
